Nantou County Kid friendly Holidays

The staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The room offered a lovely view of the lake. It’s conveniently within walking distance to nearby restaurants and shops.

Gorgeous view, lovely room, and serene hot springs. Staff was extremely friendly and pointed out which routes to the attractions were the easiest, which were under maintenance, and how to get to places by bus or by foot. Front desk also kindly helped me search for a lost item, scouring even the bus from Taichung in the process. Bus from Taichung was easy to book, comfortable, and clean. Buffet was delicious. One thing to mention: If you want to eat anywhere but the buffet or the lobby, make sure to book in advance!

Excellent hotel with clean rooms, a private onsen, and great amenities. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options. We stayed in a family suite in the second building and were surprised to find that the only separation between the bedroom and bathroom was a curtain—so let’s just say, privacy took a little vacation too 😄

Both Tina and Carol were very help, especially Tina she is friendly, able to offer good advice and also managed to help me to solve my transport issue to Cingjing which I am very grateful. Good job Tina and Carol, appreciate your help.
