Very nice room and view,very clean. I wish they had a ride from the strip

Room needs to be cleaned the proper way there was dust everywhere bathroom tubs feel with water even when your in the shower add microwaves back to the rooms and even the coffee pots is the least westgate can offer with the price

Breakfast was excellent and staff very friendly. Great time at the pool and drinks at night.

I paid extra for early check in and late checkout because of our flight times. We checked in online thru the ap which was great. We got to our room and it smelled like poop...literally poop. Like someone used the toilet with a bad smelly poop. Sooo back downstairs to the desk and they moved us and accommodated by giving us a 3p late checkout vs 1p. On check out day at 5a somei received a reminder checkout was at 11... not very good coordination of changes and it didnt even reflect the late che kour that was originally at 1p. The roller coaster was loud and the screams could be heard as it was right outside our room windows. The roomdarke ing curtains were old and worn with holes in them. Horrible view. The halls smelled musty also...like carpets that had been cleaned and not properly dried. Bed was comfy but no vent in the bathroom either... won't stay there again.
