Lagundo Channel Trail Kid friendly Holidays

Nice, clean hotel with a couple of good restaurants nearby. Difficulty with the heating and cooling of the room; had to leave the window open to cool it - could not control the temperature. It was winter time so AC was not required it was a matter of less heating. I lost our room key and, according to the hotel rules, it is a 30 Euro charge for a new, plastic room key. This is not noted when booking the hotel but is a policy on a sheet of paper at check-in. 30 Euros for a plastic card is ridiculous. No other hotel anywhere charges for a replacement card. Fortunately, the hotel agreed to waive the charge but it should never have been an issue.

Very clean room, staff was very courteous and always greeting us when we walk by.

I had a deluxe balcony room. It’s says queen bed. It was 2 singles pushed together with 2 single comforters. Hated it. No coffee or tea in room. No mini bar Hated the shower you had to climb in bathtub to shower. The shower was on the side of the bathtub. Horrible shower doors Breakfast was ok if you got there ay 8am. If you got there at 9 am most things had gone or were cold. Not one of my favorite stays

Our stay was so nice and relaxing! The property is stunning and the various pools and saunas are wonderful to have included. We also took advantage of a treatment at the spa which was also great. The staff are so attentive and personable. The location is perfect as it’s just down from the hustle and bustle but super close to walk to everything. We would highly recommend!
