Asia LGBT friendly Holidays

Always a wonderful experience for us. Staff extremely attentive and helpful. Room is comfortable well equipped,and spotlessly clean. Breakfast server attentive and some good breakfast choices.

Very spacious room, helpful staff (we met Michael and the French chef at the breakfast restaurant, they are really helpful and cheerful), wonderful view Except one of the staff at the reception assumed asian (myself) should speak Mandarin, cos he only knows Japanese and Mandarin, but very little English. My husband is from England and the staff insisted to speak to me in Mandarin. I guess as a paid customer we will have to do what's convenient for the staff not the other way round right? I hold a hk passport doesn't mean I HAVE to speak Mandarin or know this language. Never Assume, we speak Cantonese in HK.

The stay could have been a five star. A few amenities were lacking due to the hotel was under renovation. Luggage storage, a few hour overstay after checked out was not available.

Everything was handled promptly and excellently. The staff were able to address me in English and also let me know how to pronounce Japanese when asked.

Very nice hotel for the price and good staff I recommend, also in a good area

I had to iron my clothes while I was there. I discovered that the rooms didn’t have individual irons and you had to borrow an iron and board from the front desk. Other than that, stay was great.
