Filled in the online form to have 30min massage add on which was not scheduled - the spa apologized multiple times and gave me a 30min massage for free. Left my credit card on the front desk - they hired a taxi driver to chase me to the airport and sent it to me. Such awesome service!

This is a very European-style hotel. The hotel staff are warm, thoughtful and polite. The disadvantage is that it is not pedestrian-friendly, perhaps because of the characteristics of Baku's transportation plan. There are supermarkets nearby, and there are several restaurants within a short walk. ...
