One elevator was down, causing slight delays. Room was fantastic, quiet, clean and very modern.
As an older person with failing hearing, i need people to speak louder, and to notice my problem when I lean in and cup my ear. Staff missed this.

We had a great stay at the Sutton for the Vancouver Sun Run! Staff were great; very friendly. The rooms were very clean and modern. Beds were also comfortable. Couldn’t ask for a better location staying downtown, too. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed being able to use the pool. The staff were all very friendly and the room was quite nice. One problem…the shower faucet knob was very hard to move, but it was quickly replaced when we complained. We also enjoyed the little breakfast place in the hotel…
