Hotel was in a great location and the staff was very helpful. The rooms are small but that is to be expected being in a central location. The bed was comfortable. I don’t really have anything bad to say- but didn’t feel 5 stars. A solid choice for the area. Side note.. best stroop waffles are across the street.

INK Hotel is in a fantastic location for experiencing all that Amsterdam has to offer. The staff is very friendly and so helpful! They were always willing to help regardless of the question or request. Our room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds. We would definitely stay here again should we return to Amsterdam.

Just a shame the fridge is also powered by the key card. Staff took this out while cleaning and the result was coming back to a warm fridge at the end of the day

Everything was excellent. The location is great, the staff were friendly and helpf helpful. The only problem we had was a mixup with cleaning our room on the second day. The first day we put the no clean sign out on the door that was fine. The second day we took off the sign because we had had a problem with the shower and had used towels to clean it up. The shower was fixed promptly, but housekeeping never came to collect the wet towels and replace them.

Andaz Amsterdam was okay, but it would not be my first choice in Amsterdam. The hotel is convenient and the food was good, but the reception area is small and the modern design is not really my taste. The rooms are fine, but the beds were not very comfortable. There is no real spa, and the gym is too small for a hotel in this category. Overall, I would rate it closer to a 3-star hotel than a true 5-star hotel. I also think it is too expensive for what it offers.

Amazing location, hotel, amenities and staff!!! I spend my birthday in Amsterdam and they truest made me feel special!!!
