Staff was great and the amenities

Excellent location, clean room, comfortable bed

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.

Slow check in. Room I got assigned initially was already occupied which created an embarrassing encounter. Ordering room service was like ordering takeout…..not what I would expect at a Conrad.

Great stay good staff . Only thing I didn’t like was the shower . They could be better as far as water pressure

Room was spotless, ambiance of hotel did not disappoint
