Cleanest hotel I have been to. Ricardo bakes a cake each day for the guests, the guest kitchen is stocked 24/7, stained glass windows, antique furniture, best water pressure shower of any hotel, spectacular views, walk to the red explorer bus stop, walk to Salamanca, walk to cafes. We will stay here every time we go to Hobart. Great communication with the owner and Ricardo. LOVE

The property is beautifully decorated. Very convenient to have a laundry there. Breakfast was lovely. All staff were wonderful especially Jesse in the Bar. He is an absolute legend. We will be back in 10 days
