Communication for picking up and dropping off key was not great. I emailed twice with no reply so ended up phoning them. Other than that the property was excellent. Close to tram stop, very clean and tidy. Great views.

I had such a beautiful stay at 1 Hotel Melbourne. The hotel feels modern, calming, and luxurious from the moment you walk in. The room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with those little touches that make you feel at home. The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive without ever being over the top.

Excellent hotel. Spotless facilities, room was great. Bed was extremely comfortable and spacious. The staff were all super friendly and accommodating. Couldn’t do enough to make us enjoy our stay! Very happy and will stay again. Beautiful grounds too with a vineyard on site and lots nearby in the area.
