This property is in an excellent location, surrounded by various restaurants and walking distance to the metro station. The Mall of Emirates is either a 20 min walk or one metro stop. The most positive review goes to the hotel staff. All the staff are extremely helpful, efficient and do go out of their way to make sure customers' are comfortable . However there are issues with the hotel. Every Friday evening the hotel hosts a party on the first floor and the noise travels to the guestroom making it difficult to rest or sleep. The bathtubs and bathroom doors are worn out and has got rusts and stains. When I walk down the corridor and in my room the vents constantly gave out a malodourous himid scent which was unpleasant and I had to open the windows.

THE ROOM CARPET WAS FILTHY AND THE ROOM LOCATION WAS NOISY. WE HEARD LOTS OF THINGS THUMPING AND BANGING DURING THE ENTIRE STAY. THE VIEW WAS HORRIBLE AS WELL. THE ONE SAVING GRACE WAS THE STAFF WAS VERY COURTEOUS

Staff went above and beyond, I enjoyed my stay

Lovely staff, decent bed. Room wasn’t great. Lots of construction work happening which doesn’t make for restful sleep. I had to phone housekeeping for basics such as robe, body wash, shampoo. The showerglass was full of limescale and lots of mold amd damp walls in bathroom. Bit disappointing. But lovely staff.

The food was great and the proximity to the parks. The theme was very novel out family loved it!
