Lobby was ice cold! Terrible 1st impression! Felt bad for the clerk sitting there in her hat, mittens and coat! Room warmed up. Also, when I made the reservation in advance there was nothing about the $100 credit card deposit.

Clean room. Decor was dated. HVAC was pretty noisy. Bathroom was nice. Staff was very nice. Especially the person making free coffee drinks and the waiter at the restaurant. Breakfast was ok and fair cost

Quite a walk to most of the restaurants, shops and casinos if you’re staying in the tower! So beware. Also we found alot of the staff were just plain rude and unhelpful. One person actually rolled her eyes at me when I asked where a restaurant was, like I was a nuisance. Also some seemed to not know ...
