Good pool and gym facilities, accomodating staff and clean, comfortable rooms. On site food and drink is average and overpriced. However Bar Granada has good ambiance and excellent bar tenders.

Great location next to the train station, many options for shopping and food. Very convenient for taking the train to different places in Kyoto. It is surprisingly quiet and the room size is very decent. My wife was so pleasantly surprised with all the hair gears (I do not know what they are though). Nice tea pot and the green tea bags included were refreshing.

All the people who work at the hotel are simply beautiful and courteous, and the restaurants have a variety of delicious Japanese food.
