It was a great experience; the only thing I didn't enjoy were the pillows. They used some sort of bead filling. The staff was very kind. The rooms were a good size. If you plan on doing your laundry here, there are 4 self serve machines that can be hard to claim. They also offer a service to do your laundry for you, but it is much more expensive. They also offer luggage forwarding.

This is my second time stay with them. Everything was perfect except for their shuttle bus service. We have our 2 kids touring the city and ran to the shuttle bus station before the last bus schedule. The driver was still loading people into the bus and he refused to take us even when I showed him our shuttle tickets! We were exhausted after whole day walk around then had to walk again to the taxi stand to grab the cab. We spoke the front desk of the incident right after we got back that night. They said they would investigate and provide feedback. The following morning when we were checking out and were sort of brushed off with a finding is that driver did not know that we wanted to take the shuttle! I emphasized to them that I was showing the hotel shuttle tickets to the driver. But hotel did not follow up with the case or give us the refund for our cab ride either. That’s quite disappointing considering that this is a high standard hotel.
