clean room, accesible to train and staff were very accomodating. I was accomodated for an early check in at 10am. prior to coming to amsterdam I emailed the hotel about our early arrival and so happy they have accomodated my request. Its my second time staying with them and will always choose Inntel hotel zandaam location is the best for people travelling with kids.

The room was very nice and well-appointed. The shower was a bit challenging in terms of not getting the floor wet and the bed was a little soft, but we liked very much being in walking distance of the train station and busy parts of the city while facing a quiet place to return to At the end of the day. The front desk staff seemed a bit harried occasionally but it was a busy time between Xmas and New Years. The breakfast was plentiful and nicely done and we appreciated the little treats on the concierges desk and water by the front desk.

Lovely staff, excellent room and prime location. The booking was last minute due to a cancelled flight but the hotel were great to communicate with and very helpful and accommodating. 10/10 will return

Housekeeping was incredible! Front desk staff awesome!! Restaurant and breakfast perfect. Only complaint would be the street noise is real….
