Breakfast was delicious and the hotel itself is nice. Can't. Moment on spa amenities but they are pricey. Has easy access to the ferry to take you to the city center or other places. The room was just ok. Had 2 small quilts instead of one large one, the shower head was very weak, the TV didn't work upon arrival and had to have maintenance come fix it. After that, it kept freezing and I had to unplug it from the back and plug it back in everytime I went to use it.

Really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Some small changes could have made big difference, such as no on in the front to help with luggages, and they have at some stairs to get to the reception. Also There is no AC, on fan at night sometimes it got hard to breath. Other than that, i loved the design, location was great, staff was very helpful.

Beautiful property. Rooms were very clean. Beds very comfortable. Restaurant on the water was excellent as was buffet breakfast. Very pleased.

Charming hotel with great character. The staff and especially the concierge were very helpful and the location was perfect for our touring needs. Breakfast buffet was fresh and offered a nice variety. We also liked the easy access to the water front, etc.

Terrific location steps from Central Station. Very convenient to Arlanda Express service. Fantastic multi lingual staff.

The hotel is renovated but it is already showing normal wear and tear. The carpets in the corridor are getting dirty, walls on the hallway are getting scratched by the cleaning trolley, even the revolving door glass is smashed on the sides. The room we had is clean. The bathroom is newly renovated but small and narrow. Enough for 1 person at a time. The things I don't like in the room are the pillows. My head sunk even with 2 pillows. I had a neck ache when I wake up. Also, there air-conditioning in the room is set to 22 deg Celcius and can not be changed! A little bit hot in the room.
