The rooms we had were slightly smaller and the bathrooms were relatively small. I would say if you can go for the more expensive rooms then do it and your stay would be much more enjoyable. The facilities outside that were fantastic - this is a great spot for working travellers. The staff were great and super friendly.

Room was nice and clean, being able to check-in early was a plus. The bathroom is big for Japan hotel standards, was able to full submerge into the bathtub and relax after a long day of walking. The epsom salt packets were a nice bonus!

Nice hotel and room, but no “river view”, both sides are truly “city view” unless you stand on the bed and look down to a narrow canal. Probably better view from suites’ balconies. Could not try restaurant, reservations only, can’t reserve because it’s full. So we stayed in the lounge, restaurant stayed at least 60% empty. Sadly.

A low key modern Japanese style hotel with the perfect setup for a longer stay by those who prefer to be self sufficient travelers. The Japanese sized hotel rooms include a large combined washer/dryer unit for which the laundry detergent is provided for. They also come with a small fridge, a microwave, a small kitchen sink and kitchen counter. Additionally, a kitchen kit, consisting of an induction hotplate, a medium sized pot, a knife, a ladle, a cutting board and a scrubbing pad can be obtained from the front desk. Most, if not all, of the department stores adjacent to the hotel have wonderful grocery stores in their basement level, with, as is typical in Japan, everything already beautifully packaged in small sizes appropriate for Japanese small kitchens as well as lots of fully prepared meals. The hotel also offers a breakfast buffet in their ground floor restaurant, which, though with a smaller offering than that at some other hotels, still makes for a fine Japanese style breakfast with a rotating assortment of Japanese breakfast items. Note that for the longer stays, the rooms are made up once weekly, with an included daily towel exchange service. For our culturally immersive travelling style, this hotel perfectly met our needs.

Nice clean, new property. Lots of space and comfortable. Great communication with management before and during stay. Wished we could have stayed longer. Will stay again if opportunity arises.

This place was one of my preferred place that we stayed in. It’s a bit of a walk from Hakata station, but the amount of space you get is a great trade off . The place was pretty clean and safe and big for 4 adults and a child to stay comfortably . We only had an issue with the check in process . The system used wasn’t working properly. (No fault of our own, the lady apologized) . I do recommend this place for a stay in Fukuoka
