Room with a kitchen and refrigerator! Loved the room and shower but there’s 2 coffee tables that’s not really needed. 1 small one would be sufficient as it takes up space. Good location near train stations and 7-11 right across the street. Lots of eating places too.

Perfect property to stay in Tokyo, out of the busy areas but close to everything with stores nearby...

Walking distance to convenience stores and restaurants/takeaways. Amenities well stocked. Staff members was lovely and communicated everything very well. If catching the train it may be a bit of a walk with alot of luggage, pack light. Ubers are available. GPS doesn't always help when you are walking through the subways so look for the exit gate numbers. Room was clean and tidy and contained everything we needed. Used google translate to help operate remotes, rice cooker and washer and dryer. Air conditioning is reverse cycle. Great place to stay with your family. Surrounding area is well maintained and safe.

Awesome hotel with a huge park with attentive staff and good onsen, spa and pool .. many restaurants (very expensive though) Close enough to subway station Edogawabashi via pleasant walk along cherry tree lined canal - about 1 km .. pleasant without luggage during day and at night using rear exit off hotel

Most restaurants open till midnight. Easy and fast transportation to Tokyo. Just beware of people on the street keep asking and harassing you to take the service they provide especially at night time.
