The only positive thing I can say about Hotel 32 was how wonderful Ms Sandra from the front desk was. She had an amazing personality and was so kind. Other than that, lower your expectations, you get what you pay for at this hotel.

The staff was great. Luis and my cleaning lady were very friendly and made my birthday trip special. The location was convenient to getting around on the subway. I was upgraded to a suite which was lovely. Everything was very clean. The room was large. The bathroom tiles could use a new grout and a bit of the wall paper was coming up on one panel, so a little refreshing there would be nice.

The bar and restaurant were quite accommodating, and the concierge service was helpful. Check in and check out were great and very smooth. Location was perfect for what I needed and felt very safe at all times. The only drawback was an unexpected on site daily charge that was given back in food and beverage credits, but had to be used in that same day. I wasn’t always able to use the credit, so it was a fee directly to the hotel and on my credit card that I did not expect or plan for in my overall budget.

Housekeeping and Guest Services went above and beyond in hospitality and providing for all of our needs - even found a pot & pan for us to make eggs on the burner in our room! Excellent location with local transportation, shops and restaurants in the area. Room was quiet (except for the a/c, but this is normal for hotel heat/air conditioning systems) and very comfortable.
