Rooms are top tier. Clean, modern and the beds are more comfortable than major 5 star luxury hotels like the Hilton or Hyatt Regency. The only thing that’s not 5 star is the gym. If you’re a gym guy then this hotel is lacking in this area. The gym is very small limited to two basic benches dumb bells, an older cable machine with limited exercises and a treadmill and bicycle

Very nice hotel that is close to everything in the Sukhumvit area. Breakfast has wide varieties and the amenities are top-notched! Highly recommended!

Great overall service, the workers are always willing to help. The room was spacious and always maintained clean. They offer tour guides at the front desk area, they are willing to hold you luggage and let you use the pool meanwhile you wait to exit for your flight after checking out at noon. The only issues is the place is a little outdated and needs better maintenance.

This has to be be the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. I been going to Thailand for more than 20 years and never stayed in a hotel so bad. supposed to be a 4 Star ?? its dirty, old and out dated. The furniture is all damaged, old and chairs wobble.. There is no security and anyone can get in the lift without using a digital key card. The rooms are not soundproof, need I say more ! People running up and down the corridor shouting at each other from room to room and on the last day pest control was arranged for all rooms. Avoid this hotel at all cost.

This is one of the best hotels. The location, the helpful staff, the cleanliness and the free amenities made my stay even better. I will definitely stay here again if I get the chance.
