5 night stay was perfect for my RnR. Based right on the river and easy access to local amenities and CBD. Loved the room and general feel of the place.

Some small issue in my room. Left tap on the basin leak from the top. Shower tap is loose and can’t adjust the temperature using the lever. Shower floor has a design flaw where water flows out. And yeah, we could take care of younger Westin consumer with Netflix and YouTube login.
The physical newspaper reading boomers with generous corporate accounts are dying off. It’s overpaid freelance programmers and fintech bros being the near future.
Service for small ice bucket can run from 20-40mins which out of norm even for short staffed hotel which is the norm in developed nation.
Other than that, all customer facing staff are very capable and friendly when handling queries. Garum the main restaurant of the hotel serves great breakfast and brings you to the table quickly with a smile.
