When arriving everything seems okay but I had trouble getting rooms(not readily available or cleaned) besides that minor detail the hotel is great, the staff is great and the gym is awesome, bed are clean and comfortable. Bathrooms seem kind of small. Overall the hotel is great.

The room was beautiful, we were upgraded to a full ocean view which was stunning. Room was large, clean and well equipped. The staff were kind and very helpful.
