Paid extra for that ocean view but when we got to our room it’s only partial view .

The location of this hotel is great. Close to main strip where all the shops and restaurants are but it can be noisy if you want to go to bed earlier than 10pm. The hotel has a nice beach and Dukes is a great place to have a dinner and drinks with an ocean view. The pool is kind of small so we stayed at the beach only. Even tho there’s construction going on, I didn’t hear any noise when I was there. Loved the refillable water bottles and all the water fountains available all over the hotel to refill them. The free beach bag was a nice surprise also. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

We did pay for an ocean-view room but got a room facing the book and what I would call a partial ocean view. Also, a bit strange because Expedia Platinum does mention free breakfast, but Expedia only pays for one guests' breakfast regardless of how many people you paid for the room (not a property issue) Regardless a great location and we did get a newly remodeled room so overall it was nice, but I do wish there was more clarity in honoring room upgrades since we paid an extra $400 for the ocean view and were basically facing the pool.

Such a gem of a hotel!! Very clean, staff was attentive and friendly, and the grounds were stylish/well maintained. We will be back!

Ocean view room has a great view of the ocean from the side. Street can get noisy and our room can hear it. Great location and amenities. I would suggest they replace the carpets.
