The staff were not particularly accommodating or helpful, which made even simple requests feel like a hassle. Service is a big part of any hotel stay, and this is where things fell short, there was little effort to go above and beyond or even meet a basic level of attentiveness. Overall, underwhelming.

We recently booked a stay at Pan Pacific Vancouver for my parents, and they had an absolutely wonderful experience. They couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful the hotel is from the elegant interiors to the relaxing atmosphere. What stood out the most was the stunning view. They loved waking up to breathtaking views of both the sea and the city it truly made their stay extra special. They also mentioned how comfortable and enjoyable everything was during their visit. From the rooms to the overall ambiance, everything exceeded their expectations. Overall, they really enjoyed their stay and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a beautiful place with amazing views in Vancouver!

First time staying at this property, no real surprises. You’re booking at a Fairmont so you expect amenities and service to the top notch. My spouse and I were both quite happy.

My husband and I were reviewing our stay when we left the hotel. The staff is just EXCELLENT. They are very very accommodating and enthusiastic and helpful. The decor is..well..needs help. The black dark hallways are abysmal..the rooms are decent but nothing..and I mean nothing flows. It is chopped up. The entrance is small for a hotel of this size. The check in desk is like a kiosk and it is placed in the worst possible spot. Would I stay here again? Only for the staff.

This fantastic hotel is perfectly located for easy downtown sightseeing. We recently stayed and walked to a hockey game. Also walked to Seabus to get to the north shore for dinner the next night. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful and the attention to detail was impressive. Would stay there again the next time we are in Vancouver.
