I had a wonderful stay at Nap Patong Hotel. The hotel was very clean, serene, and comfortable. The staff were incredibly welcoming and always greeted us with warm smiles, which made the experience even more pleasant. The location is perfect—close to everything you might need, including shops, restaurants, and the beach. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Phuket, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay. 😊

I must say that although I did not stay in my room much, the room was really nice I had a room with a pool attached to my balcony. They had an option for a floating breakfast which I did get and it was phenomenal. The breakfast every morning was also phenomenal very healthy. The self-service buffet was awesome. Delicious filled every morning with fresh food that had to be the highlight for me. They had a sauna which I didn’t get to go to an options for massages which I never got to take advantage of as well. The the staff was very helpful and very pleasant. The only downside that I could say would be that the bed was very hard and made it uncomfortable for me since I’m used to a plush pillow top bed, but after that everything else was definitely on point!

The hotel is a little distance from Patong Beach (although the hotel provides a shuttle bus). The hotel does not have its own beach. The hotel is beside a highway, and there are only a few restaurants nearby. It sounds as if this is not the best holiday hotel choice,right? But you just need to check in.Then you will find that this is a surprisingly good hotel.Because the hotel is located on the hillside, the sea view is very spectacular. The staff are all friendly and always have a smile.With a person with limited mobility the front desk team Joe Sordy and LOH took extra care of us. And lovely Ms.Noodang at breakfast restaurant was so kind to us.She not only explained everything in detail. And make sure our table is clean and the cups are full.She also took the initiative to recommend us and sent us the special dessert of the day. Then let's talk about the breakfast.Hotels in Thailand have never short of a good breakfast.But the breakfast at Kalima is unbelievable.Whether it is the variety or the quality of food.For example you may find bubble breakfast in many hotels.But Kalima take it to an other level.You can even make your own highball here.Such a good breakfast plus a good view what else could you ask for a holiday?

Everything was great!

The fridge was constantly on or off . The rooms were clean and kept clean by staff. My biggest complaint was that the cleaning staff never spoke English . Very hard to communicate with . Speaking with other couples they too had the same problem .
