Good location, Not far away from bus station. Lot of stores, restaurants and coffee shops are surround the place within walking distance Only problem is no toiletry kit or bath towels provided. You have to buy the kit from vendor machine

Staff were all very nice, breakfast was very good, we didnt request makeup for room but hotel left a bag of fresh towels, coffee capsules outside door. Very pleasantly surprised. View and room was great, overall very satisfied.

Overall, the hotel was great; however, the bed is extremely firm, and the pillows are extremely deflated and flat. The room is extremely hot. When I inquired, the front desk stated the heat and AC in the rooms are all turned off because it is winter; therefore, there is no option to control the temperature in the room. They provided a fan, but it was useless and would automatically shut off after an extended period. I wish I could have controlled the temperature in the room or been notified ahead of time, then I would have reserved a different hotel.

Friendly staff, beautiful location and ocean views, COMPLIMENTARY laundry room, spacious rooms and balconies, and extremely clean.

Clean building. Clean room and great views. Staffs werd helpful. You will hear some noose from the next room. But it is expected in all resort.

A wonderful stay. We stayed on the resort side. The junior suite is spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The basement fun zone is great, with video games, ping pong and a pool table. The swimming pools are lovely, don’t forget a swim cap though you can also rent them. The food is good though expensive.

The check in person was very courteous. Everything was well explained including breakfast buffet. Upon initial inspection of the room we found couple of women's hair inside the bed. I called the front desk and they apologized several times. They replaced the entire bed linings. Other than this incident everything was awesome. I can't emphasize enough how everyone working at the hotel were courteous and friendly. The facility is also beautiful. Nice landscape and awesome pool. I highly recommend this true five star hotel.

The staff is super helpful. Great location! I wish that they could have charging panel beside the bed instead of on the desk. The charging panel is compatible for iPhone original plug, but the wall socket is not. You can find the adapter at the convenience store in the lobby

Well-priced option within 15 minute walk of the convention center. Clean and modern -recommended.
