Great place to stay! I had a long layover and chose this hotel for one night, however I would’ve stayed longer if I could. It has a great view of the ocean, beautiful surrounding landscape, and close by shops and restaurants. No problem getting a taxi to and from the airport.

Beautiful historic hotel in a perfect location… loved it!

Staff are very helpful throughout the hotel. The souvenir key cards they give you at checkout get you access to a vip line to go through park security.

The hotel looks nice until you reach the room. Everything looked better than the room did. The room was ok but not what I expected. The room had an akward set up and the carpet was all stained. The door was so heavy to open that it would be difficult for some people. The biggest downside was the room that we had. Looked nicer in the pictures. The location worked well as it was close to public transit, attached to a mall and close enough to the places we wanted to see. The staff were also great and helpful. They were able to help with any questions that we had.

All was good except the Lounge Staff. I felt like I was not welcome there. Ordered 2 beers and a cheese platter. Waited 20 minutes after the beer and no cheese platter. When I asked about it, the guy was non-caring and relied with a "will bring it now". I told him to forget it and left. He Tried getting a tip as well. :). After that, I ordered room service and the service was Excellent!

All was good except the Lounge Staff. I felt like I was not welcome there. Ordered 2 beers and a cheese platter. Waited 20 minutes after the beer and no cheese platter.
