Odaiba Mountain Holidays

My family of 4 stayed for a week. The unit was pretty spacious when considering the usual size of a hotel room in Tokyo. The amenities were good in particular the washer and dryer. The beds were comfortable and gave good support for a good night's sleep. The hotel was close to a metro station and was convenient for going to places.

Everything is perfect

Great value hotel close to Akihabara in a quiet part of it. Laundry in the room is a plus! No breakfast but plenty of options for that around. Light that turns on automatically and does not turn off after more than 30 mins is quite annoying.

Love this boutique hotel. The location is great, rooms are modern and spacious with amazing cityscape views (and on nice days mt Fuji!). The in-room snacks and beverages were awesome too, and included!!! Great value compared to Edition and Janu, which were amazing as well but in a completely different price bracket.

The hotel outside of the room was quite nice. It had an amazing and peaceful lounge for the (don't remember the exact name) VIP section. The lobby was large and spacious although the main desk was hidden away. We were less than pleased with check in. The lobby desk had plenty of staff available and yet they made us wait 5 minutes and then sent us upstairs to do their VIP check in. Total waste of time and an extra trip in the elevator because it isn't on the same floor as the rooms. It would have been preferable to check in at the main desk. Most other hotels offer the option rather than making you go elsewhere. The room was dated and did not feel as clean as I was expecting after reading the reviews. The bed was hard. I like a firm mattress, but this was plain old hard. I was surprised that this is considered a 5 star hotel and have stayed at 4 star hotels that I consider better than this one.

Convenient location

My family and I loved this hotel! We got room type 7 for four nights as a family of four. We had lots of room and the place was so comfortable. The shower and kitchen were both fantastic. The staff and amenities were excellent.

Very clean rooms. Love now the beds can move up and down. Gives you a lot of luggage space when you don't need to sleep!
