Started off terrible with them overbooking and downgrading our room without telling us. Next day ended up getting a room type that we should have in a great location. From there it’s a great place to stay with kids.

All excellent. Staff does need to add ice packs for severe edema incidents for guests coming off flights. (11 hr flight, both legs- extreme swelling, staff graciously and promptly made ice packs with plastic gloves. Subsided by day 2. Had a great time. TY . Store should also offer nude compression ...
