The staff was amazing....they made us feel like a part of the family from day one. Lyna, Davin, Bun Thong, Hongly Bunny, Tam and Bora were exceptional 👌

Clean room, excellent breakfast (fruit bar, salad bar, 8 different western and Khmer foods in chafing dishes, omelet to order, soup to order, a variety of bread, cappuccino machine, etc), good air conditioning, hot shower, great WiFi, nice view of the city, and close to lots of restaurants and things to do. Would’ve like some shade on the roof deck pool area, but otherwise, great.

The room was very small for 2 people. The whole hotel is in need of renovation

A beautiful property in a perfect location. The staff is so welcoming! Food is delicious and the rooms very comfortable with nice toiletries.

I’m really impressed with everything and everyone. If there were more than a five-star rating, it would totally deserve it.

Staff were nice and welcoming. It was a nice area near Bassac Lane with food and music. If you’re an early sleeper I don’t recommend it because the restaurant near by do play loud music up to 10pm or so on the weekdays. There was an incident where one staff member did lead someone up to my room without permission which made me felt unsafe. The hotel management team did offer and apologize and that the team member had been talked to, so thank you for that.
