The staff were very nice and welcoming. The check in process was very simple and easy.

Great location would 100% come back

Was cold at night and needed an extra blanket and pillows which were not available in room. I did not ask housekeeping for the second. Night. The thermostat adjusted itself down at Night. Others then difficulty sleeping. No complaint

The room was great and the staff was so friendly and ready to help.

There was a hair in the breakfast but the staff immediately took care of replacing the dish.

I complained with the manager of the hotel and housekeeping for the poor management of my request to clean my room after the toilet got clogged. 9 am I requested to have the room clean (while we are out of the hotel) but returned to the hotel at around 2PM and the room was not cleaned yet. I called like 4 times and everytime I called, I was told that the cleaner is on its way (1st call was told it will only take 15-20 minutes) and took about an hour until after I complained that the cleaner arrived. When I spoke with another housekeeper on line and the manager I was told that all my earlier calls were not recorded (which explained why the room was not cleaned and the follow up cleaner never arrived). Its very frustrating.

Excellent stay, always a clean place. Perfect service, the staff goes above and beyond. I alway prefer to stay here when I come to NYC. Nothing beats The Knickerbocker!

Eveything was perfect. I have stayed at alot of places in vegas and this was well worth the money. Will stay again.

Room was spotless and staff were great

Everything was great. The check in process was fast. Enjoyed breakfast specially it was located on the rooftop. The room was always clean. Friendly and helpful staffs.
