Central location of all activities. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast has varieties of food, Vietnamese traditional and western choices. Rooftop bar was a super place to watch fireworks during holidays. In short, no regrets to stay there for our Hanoi visit trip. Thank you the whole hotel team. Keep up the excellent work.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful stay in Hanoi We had a lovely stay at Hotel du Lac Signature Hanoi. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly and attentive throughout our stay. A special thank you to Tracy, Aiden and the rest of the team, who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and looked after. The hotel facilities were wonderful and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast, which is served on the 9th floor. The views over the surrounding area were fantastic and made breakfast feel like a real experience. The location was also great for exploring Hanoi and after a busy day in the city it was lovely to return to such a comfortable hotel with such attentive staff. The only criticism I can offer is that the gym facilities were quite barren. However, the spa made up for the lack of equipment and there was a neighbouring Gym just 5 min walk away from the hotel which was handy. Overall, a fantastic experience and somewhere I would happily stay again when returning to Hanoi
