Tadotsu Mountain Holidays

From the moment we walked into the entrance of the Granvia Hotel in Okayama, the magic began. We were greeted with wide smiles and a “happy to see you!” vibe. The one downer was that the luggage we had sent to this hotel was only partially delivered. The wonderful young lady at the front desk (Sato, Sumire) was very sympathetic and went out of her way to help us find the missing luggage. She called “Sagawa” delivery service and informed them of their mistake. The lady from Sagawa told us that our bag was still in Osaka and that it would be delivered the next day. Fortunately, I had an “Apple Air Tag” in the bag and knew the bag was in their Okayama distribution center. Our missing luggage was delivered to our hotel room within a few hours. We will highly recommend this hotel (Grandvia Okayama) to all our friends and anyone who asks. Again, please send our personal thanks to Ms. Sato, Sumire for her help and kindness. Aloha and mahalo!

It’s a wonderful hotel gives all the convenience to the guests. Easy walk to pier for ferry to Naoshima day trip after a well-planned breakfast. All the staff are professionally trained & well-mannered. Special mention to Gamal , he gave us a warm welcome at the restaurant for our first lunch. Will definitely come back to UNO Hotel & recommend to friends & families

This is a completely new facility in an old warehouse district of Sakate on Shodoshima. Right on the water, the views from the hotel are stunning. The staff is courteous, helpful, and professional. The rooms are spacious, with sitting areas and balconies, but also a bit quirky in design. We had one dinner at the hotel and two breakfasts. The food was excellent--and reasonably priced. I would happily return to this hotel, given the opportunity.

Very good stay. The staff is so friendly. The hotspring is so comfy. Excellent place

The hotel room and amenities were super clean and the view from my room and the garden were spectacular. The only negative is that you have to take a taxi in and out of the hotel which is quite expensive.

朝食の味も良かったが、伝統工芸品と思しき物凄く立派な器で出てきて感動した。飯碗と汁椀を買って帰りたかった。

The property had a fantastic view of a Velodrome. Both the dinner and the breakfast was excellent. And the service was very friendly.
