Spotless hotel and room, and amazing localtion. I could walk everywhere

Quite good. It offers me upgrade when there are better rooms for the nights.

Room was a reasonable size for two with a reasonable rate. Nice location on HK Island, in my opinion.

This review is based on 3 separate visits to this hotel, 2017, 2019 and most recently 2025. Pros: Close to lots of restaurants, shopping mall, grocery stores, etc, all within walking distance. Public transportation close by. Taxi stand next to hotel. Free shuttle bus to several tourist areas. Water refill stations in the hotel. Complimentary breakfast daily. Cons: Rooms are small. Limited shuttle bus service compare to 2017 and 2019. Last shuttle bus runs til 6pm whereas in 2017 and 2019 it ran til 9pm or 10pm. Seem to skimp on the very basic toiletries like a bar of hand soap, shower cap and small face cloth( 2017/2019) Very tight with the toilet paper... Wireless phone with data (2017/2019) no longer included with room rate These recent changes compared to my first 2 stays will make me consider other choices when I'm in HK again. I do like the hotel, but some of the things that attracted me to this hotel are no longer offered

house keeping was not good. Hair was on the bathroom floor, shower head was not in a proper place causing water was all over the place when I turned it on.

A very convenient location, and friendly staff

Great stay! Loved the breakfast. The location was a bit compromise but the service and high-end amenities made the difference for our stay in HK.

The location is excellent, and the room space is plenty—very good stay. However, the laundry service is a bit difficult to navigate, with lots of steps to follow. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to others.
