All the staff were great! Only staff issue was with pool bartender, Leonardo, who needs some customer service training. Rooms were clean, restaurant was fabulous, very peaceful by the pool. The electric would go on and off all night long with no ac all we had were two fans that barely blew and the water did not work twice. The mold in the bathroom tore up my throat. Horrible!!!!!!
