"Exquisite, beautiful resort, amazing staff, resourceful and the fact that you guys have activities and events in the resort everyday from morning to evening to accomodate everyone, that stood out for us...the app for Royalton👌helps you figure out so much during your stay. The Marche restrauntè, amaaaaaazing food... We loved everything, almost added a couple of days actually😁. Just one or two things to improve. The smell in the air, i was told by a staff its coming from the jungle close by, but i wish you guys could figure that part out coz that was a major problem and the escalator going to the main lobby was not working in our entire stay. Besides that, we will definetely be back! It was so so beautiful...worth every penny!😍😍😍"

"The hotel serves the same thing every morning for breakfast. The people working in the breakfast room was nice, kind and welcoming. The front desk staff need retraining on how to deal with customers. I buy tokens to used the washer and dryer. It took me 2 wash to wash the clothes because the washer didn’t wash the clothes property. I notify the front desk about me wanting to return the token i didn't used. Daniel was one of the staff there on May3,2026 at approximately 10:15am (2male and 1 female which i think was the manager) refused to give me a when i notify them i will be checking out today. They told me it had to be the same day which i brought the token at about 12:30am. After several minutes with me continuing to asked for my refund and letting them know their wrong they finally gave it to me. Its. Ot about the refund but the principle of doing things."

"Was such an incredible experience for my family and to my two kids. They could enjoy the waterpark during the day and during the night with different entertainment activities. The food was always good and we’ve seen the common areas being cleaned all the time by the staff. Not a single thing was broken that they weren’t fixing right away. I am a very allergic person, and I noticed that my bedroom was very, very clean. Every single day I came back from the pool with my bed organized, new towels and a clean room (thank you Alejandra!!!!) The staff was in such a good mood every single time, asking if we needed anything, ready to serve us or by the pool or in the restaurant’s area. They treated so well that we felt welcome! We left the hotel making plans to come back in the end of the year again!!!!! Thank you so much Royalton Splash Cancun!!!"

"Stayed one night and it was really great! Feels safe Staff were amazing the two women at the front were so kind. Rooms were clean and really comfortable The breakfast in the morning was great and its honestly a really good in between location hotels or if you miss a flight just overall comfortable night. "

"The property was kept very well groomed. The dining options were excellent. The staff were polite and always helpful. I have travelled extensively and have never encountered aggression with trying to get my future business as I did on this visit. The salesman actually commandered my luggage tags and said he would take care of it. After realizing that I was not going to buy a membership he had to chase us down to return the luggage tags which I felt were held hostage. It was not a pleasant introduction to the property. He basically wasted the first hour of my time at The Grand when an impression could have been made more positive. I belong to both Disney and Sandals and neither have been so oblivious to the fact I was on holiday and wanted to see the property not hear a salespitch. On a very positive note the fitness center is superb. The beach was not ideal due to sargassum so working out became a part of my visit. Again on leaving there was another aggressive young salesman and all this achieved was leaving me with a negative impression. There are so many positive things about the three resorts that it is sad to find this impression is one that lingers."

"I was disappointed with the check-in process. We arrived around 12:30 p.m., understanding that check-in is at 3:00 p.m., but after paying for incidentals, we were told a personal assistant would contact us with our room assignment—which never happened. I followed up twice and was given inaccurate wait times before ultimately having to find another staff member at 3:00 p.m. to complete check-in. Additionally, before receiving our room, we were directed to someone who claimed they would explain the resort amenities, but it turned into a high-pressure attempt to get us to attend a 90-minute sales presentation for vacation packages. This was very off-putting and not something I expect while on vacation. Although Ava is a newer resort, I noticed more wear and tear than expected. The pool was the highlight, but the food and service across the restaurants were mediocre. The one standout was housekeeping—our room was cleaned daily and very well maintained."

"We had a great 4 night trip to Haven for my Birthday. We upgraded to the Serenity Club Ocean Front and this was so worth it! The views were beautiful and we liked the patio and hot tub. The added amenities and upgraded service for the Serenity Club was well worth it. Our Butler, Gaby, took care of all of our dinner and spa reservations, and left a special birthday surprise in our room. We really enjoyed the Vistas and Tahani restaurants for breakfast. We spent time at all 3 pools and each had a unique vibe. The only thing we weren’t impressed with was the wines on the inclusive menu and the food at Olios and Agua Benito. My husband ordered a steak off the upgraded menu and was underwhelmed. We did find that the bars did have premium liquors like Tito’s, Jack Daniels, and Jose Cuervo, you just have to ask for them by name. The staff were all fantastic and so accommodating. A note about Gluten Free options. I found that menus were all clearly marked and that the chefs would accommodate where they could. They also explained what features of the dish had gluten so you could make an informed decision to your own tolerance I.e cross contamination from fryers etc . Vistas made me a GF avocado toast that was excellent! Every single thing was sparkling clean! "
