"The ocean had a lot of seaweed the smell was horrible the first day wasn’t able to get in the ocean WiFi service was gone for 6 hrs every day the light power would go out for couple of minutes. Overall I would recommend for anyone to go to a better hotel for the price I paid. "

"Balcony privacy questionable due to glass reflections, refrigerator beverages out of code date, pool loungers broken and not plentiful, pool side loungers getting worn out cushions, room chairs need felt pads so they slide on tile floors - neighbor noise all night Staff is great, food good and fresh, live bands have been added to night entertainment, no safety issues, aqua spa a plus"

"I had my booking done long time back ! When I reached to security gates of Hilton Cancun . They told me they can’t find my booking ! Wow amazing ! I was flying from North Carolina USA to Cancun to hear that they can’t find my booking which was there as they realised it later with a silly excuse of system not working ! Okay never mind . I meet David front office supervisor as he promise that he will compensate with somthing like spa for my spouse! Guess what he never show up ! So going to Hilton was a nightmare! No booking found been in the MTS bus for 2 hours ! And when they found the booking they just said sorry ! -executive pastry chef Anurag "

"Room was very clean and comfortable, food at restaurant not good ,and very over priced. Would not recommend eating there. Hotel needs to updated ."

"Resort was beautiful and well kept. We booked a swim out room, and our only complaint was the swim out pool got cloudy after a few days and it took several days for staff to come and clean and address it properly. The pool was beautiful, and the temperature was perfect. Rooms were clean and cleaned daily. The staff was very kind and attentive!"

"Very nice place with friendly staff. A very nice gym with plenty bars and pools to relax. There is plenty sun to go around and there are plenty places to eat. Just book in advanced! Would recommend to go again :). "

"It's the second time we've stayed at this hotel, and our experience was excellent. I highly recommend it—the food, the room, and the friendly staff were all great. The only thing I'd mention is that some parts of the pools need maintenance, but it's nothing serious. I'll definitely be back."
