"The resort is absolutely gorgeous! It is super clean and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The food is also incredible which is a huge plus because normally resort food is just okay. The only thing to look out for is if you are booking during seaweed season. We couldn't swim in the beach because there was so much seaweed!"

"Stayed one night only on the way to the airport with my dog. Dog friendly hotel. Had a very nice dinner with our awesome server Christian. The buffet breakfast was OK but very expensive for what is offered. The coffee was terrible. The lobby, bar and seating area for the restaurant is really nice. Reception staff were very helpful except for the person who I assume is the general manager, unfortunately, I did not get his name, but he was not helpful and actually quite rude."

"We apparently traveled to Cancun wrong time of year. There was so much seaweed. There was no use of the beach. No swimming was allowed. The pools are fantastic. The staff was great. The food was amazing. Just sad. We couldn’t use the beach."
