Me negaron mi habitación llegué a las 11:00 pm directo del aeropuerto, me dijeron q no tenían más habitaciones. Me dijeron q tenía q buscar hotel y yo andaba sin transporte y con 2 niños. La reservación la tenía desde 2 meses atrás, no les importó, lo peor de todo es que habían al menos 4 a 5 familias en la misma situación en ese hotel. No hubo ofrecimientos de nada, simplemente q no era problema de ellos que se han quedado sin habitaciones.

Overall, it was okay because they do provide transportation to and from the airport. There is also a pool and an outlet across the street for you to walk to if you get hungry or would like to shop. On the contrary, the hotel has no small rags to shower with. There is also no microwave and the breakfast is not equivalent to what you would get in the United States. Lastly, for dinner they charge you to eat. The price of the hotel does not reflect the amenities and service you get.

La habitación, no había toallas y tuve que estar hablando a recepción. En una llamada una empleada dijo que no los no sabía nada ya que acababa de entrar a trabajar, no hicieron aseo de habitación el lunes. No hay actitud de servicio del personal. En el restaurante muy poco amables y nada atentos, jamás me dieron ganas de dejar propina (como es mi costumbre para premiar la atención recibida) y así varias situaciones muy poco agradables. Solo el personal de vigilancia y maleteros fueron muy atentos y amables

I had a very disappointing experience with the shuttle service. I called 24 hours ahead to confirm my booking and was told it was confirmed. Upon arrival, I asked the front desk to reconfirm, but after waiting 30 minutes—and then over an hour—no shuttle arrived. During this time, calls to the hotel were either not answered or abruptly hung up after they had already “confirmed” the shuttle. After nearly two hours, I had to arrange my own transportation. The front desk showed little concern or effort to help. While the room, food, and cleanliness were fine, the service did not meet Marriott standards. If you want a convenient trip, I recommend staying at a better hotel or in a different area.

The room and hotel were ok for the price, the free airport shuttle was convenient for an early morning flight, the room was nice and modern but the bathroom had hairs in the shower, sink and floor, which was a bit of a let down from an overall nice hotel.
