「Paid for an ocean view and received a marina view which is partial. I was given a key and someone's had their things in the room. Went back and was given a room 2 doors down ,Still not an ocean view& Was told the hotel was booked for the night and I could be moved by 2pm next day. The next day I was moved to the seacliff tower ,over the pool and the room smelled like spilled coffee in the restroom, dirty towels, long strands of hair on the floor. 「The room is comfy, clean and has incredible views. You need a rental car here, but you want to explore the island, anyhow. Owner was helpful and easy to reach. Helped with baggage, finding places, etc. The bed and pillows...heavenly. Power went off just once and only for a few mins. Generators are a must. 「The property is run down. Visually it is not what I expected. In the summer the golf greens are completely brown. They do not adjust their green fees. The workout facility is dirty and old. Carpet and equipment is dirty. The tennis courts are not maintained. Everything looks like it’s falling apart paint peeling and wood splitting.
