The street facing rooms were not sound proof and so mid night activities in street was loud and affected my sleep

Very helpful host. We arrived the morning of the checkout as our flight was delayed and they extended the check out by couple of hours so that we can shower. Thanks so much.

It was a great location for us. Easy parking. Close to shops and stores. I wish the kitchen had a frying pan for eggs. Also, a broom would have been handy.

Spilt our stay between here and another “five star” hotel. Thought this hotel was just as nice and half the cost! The room was very nice, comfortable and a great location! Felt it was a little on the small size but not an issue. Everything was very clean and like most everyone in Iceland, super friendly staff! Would definitely recommend and would stay again! Loved our stay!

Cons: There was mold in the bathroom which was disappointing. The water in the shower had a strong sulfur smell. Water dripped on bed from skylight- don’t know if it was rain or condensation. Pros: central location. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 kids. Beds comfortable. Nice kitchen.

Wonderful service. The staff is very attentive and helpful. The beds were super comfortable which was lovely after a week of hiking around Iceland. The spa is really lovely and peaceful, it was nice to use the sauna, steam room and hot tub during our stay.
