Macarthur Pet-friendly Holidays

Room was great, amenities were great, only objection was the pillows or lack thereof.

No towels in the pool. No slippers or toothbrush if required. No coffee machine. All of these available in other comparably priced hotels. A security deposit against damage is unacceptable. Nobody else does it and even though the delay in returning, Is within a few days of checking out, it is still unacceptable. That aside the room we had was large but looking a little worn. I would not return.

The room was clean and well looked after. The food in the restaurant was amazing. The staff was very nice and helpful.

There was absolutely no staff Visibility to help with luggage we had to lug our own luggage to our rooms which is unheard of / previous owners had bell staff to take your luggage from the car - foyer areas are very run down - whole hotel needs a revamp as it’s looking very stayed - it is such a shame as we have been here many times under the old owners and loved it every time - this time we have been left wanting - even the rooftop bar was empty which tells you something - this used to ALwAyS be pumping …. Do better to stay competitive

Room and staff were awesome. The room was comfortable, and many restaurants nearby. Lovely balcony to sit on and enjoy the weather. Breakfast was delicious and worth purchasing. There is not a good spot for uber or taxi drop off and pickup in front of the hotel, as there is a dedicated bike lane and live traffic lanes beside it. Uber dropped us off further up the road on the opposite side.

They came through in a pinch with a last min room. Very nice facility, thoughtfully put together, cute, quirky, but still practical and not over the top.
