The cold water in the shower wasn’t working on the first day we arrived, which was especially frustrating after just getting off an eleven-hour flight. When we called reception, we were told the mechanics had already gone home for the day and that it wouldn’t be fixed until the next day. As a result, we had no choice but to shower in extremely hot water. The rooms and overall condition of the hotel feel quite outdated and not very well maintained. The cleanliness also needs improvement, and the property could definitely use a makeover. On the second day, we requested that the bedsheets be changed. After housekeeping came, several of my belongings were moved or misplaced—my earplugs went missing, my pajamas that were originally on the bed were thrown onto a chair, my hair tie that was on the nightstand was left on the floor, and my slippers were pushed under the bed. Overall, it was a pretty disappointing experience, and unfortunately I would not stay here again.

Hotel was clean but AC not great. Restaurant lacking. Also did not clean our room even after going to reception to ask for it to be cleaned.

This was a perfect location for our first visit to Sydney. Central spot to stay, which was great from which to access all of the attractions. The staff were very helpful and the room was lovely, with a comfortable bed.
