The property is firstly very centrally located with almost everything in walking distance (main old city attractions, food, 7-eleven, cafes, etc)
The property itself is well maintained, rooms are spacious with good amount of amenities in it and staff is very helpful and polite. They will try to go above and beyond if you request anything.
The buffet breakfast served is good with wide selection.

A good stay. Would help if the concierge spoke better English as we were not able to get the information we needed. Would be helpful to have directions to the water taxi as we were quite lost trying to find it walking from the hotel.
A little disappointed as I paid extra for river views and thought it would be a full view which it is only when sitting at the window so it was not worth the extra. Reception and restaurant staff very friendly

The bed was a bit too firm, but otherwise I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. Very accessible location, with many convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance. Very clean and well maintained property with very helpful and friendly staff. I highly recommend it!
