「Stayed 2 nights. Checked in late afternoon and didn't realize until the next day ac unit wasn't blowing cold air. Phone on nightstand wasn't connected to wall outlet. There was no wall outlet available due to remodel contractor deleting it! Second night was very warm and maintenance supervisor went to Costco and bought 2 fans. Requested a different room but they were overbooked.」

「The downtown location is excellent, the building and my room were decorated with antique furniture of the era, my bed was comfortable, and the linens were good quality. The lower 12" of the room were not so good, with chipped paint, old carpet, and sharp edging on the carpet by the sink. Plumbing worked well. My ensuite bathroom was small, but so were the shared bathrooms. The 2nd floor is reached only by 26 shallow steps, with handrails that don't reach all the way to the top or bottom. Staff...

「We chose the ocean view side, and it turned out to be a fantastic decision. Each room has a picture window. Every morning before you would go out or every evening before you would come back, magnificent views would be waiting for you. What an enjoyable and relaxing experience from the comfort of your room! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay in this hotel.」
