“The hotel and room were very nice. Only issues were that they said they offered coffee and hot water in the reception area but the hot water dispenser was empty the whole time I stayed there and I saw no coffee. The room was overpriced.”

“The facility started by acknowledging that they charge a resort fee only to raise the cost up outside of Expedia. Then three days I did not even see housekeeping in the halls. I was told they haven’t been showing up. Maintenance came in made a mess in the bathroom for the guest to clean up and the breakfast was microwave breakfast sandwiches sold separately coffee was never available although there was a pot ”

“Overall this is a very good hotel but when I ordered a cab to Crescent harbour. I hope the reception could tell me that Crescent harbour is just 5 minutes away that one could walk. So that I could have an option to walk or take the car.”

“Great room, great breakfast and staff. The check-in procedure was odd, as there's no office onsite nor is the hotel name on the building. You'll need to make appointment to meet with the hotel owner for him to give you your key and code.”
