Spacious, stylish room which was immaculately clean and with large, thick towels. The windows take light from the atrium and so there’s no natural light in the room which makes it a bit dark and means there’s no view, but if the room is just a base and you’ll be out all day, it’s an ideal location. Minor point, but as a country with fantastic coffee, sachets of instant Nescafé in the room were a disappointment! Despite it being very busy outside, the hotel is very peaceful, it also has a great spa which is competitively priced. Staff were all very helpful and pleasant. They will also offer advice and guidance around the best way to get around the city and/or help you arrange a Grab or tuk tuk.

Everything from the moment we stepped foot on the property was perfect. The best morning buffet one could ask for. We were upgraded to a luxury room and had the best time. Thank you to your wonderful team of staff.

The Brighton Grand Hotel is an up-to-date hotel that meets the needs of a convention and transient customer. A nice relaxing hotel with bar, swimming pool, restaurant, that is set back from the main road Pattaya Na Kluea Road. Walkable (30mins) to Terminal 21 and to Wong Amat Beach.

Spotless room, friendly and helpful staff provided impeccable service, breakfast buffet is excellent, 11/10 overall. Wish we could stay another two weeks.

Beautiful, clean rooms with an amazing view of the city! Great central location with easy access to many attractions, restaurants, cafes and there is a 7-11 and Starbucks attached to the hotel - so convenient! The all you can eat breakfast buffet was so plentiful and the hotel staff were super friendly and accommodating! Would definitely recommend and would for sure stay here again next time I'm in Bangkok!

Wonderful location, 2nd time we have stayed here. Will always return! Easy friendly check in, great staff, the pool and bars are superb. We will not stay anywhere else in Bangkok. Book and stay here, it’s wonderful.

An excellent hotel. Loved the outdoor pool and seating area. Nice sized room with a balcony. the promenade is right on the river. Easy access to ICONSIAM and boats ( “bus” boat linking you to the main sights or the Hop on Hop Off). The breakfast was excellent with wonderful Thai dishes as well as European and American dishes. I'd definitely stay here the next time I’m in Bangkok.
