Nice room but must have had smokers in it previously before us because it stunk of smoke 🚬 which was a shame because the room was nice! But the smokey smell was very unpleasant. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed so far by hotel.com bookings! No customer service at all!!! We all had to wait so long for someone to come out of the front office for checking in!
