The hotel is well located, the breakfast is really good and the staff is frendy, but the big problem is that the basement of the hotel is a karaoke bar, and the staffs and customers very loud outside until every late night. Even after the karaoke bar closes, I couldn't sleep at all, because of the noise of people walking down the street and stray dogs barking. The hotel itself is fine, but I'll never stay there again. It's a big shame.

Wonderful hotel.. Rooms are spacious, clean and beds are comfortable. My only issue with the hotel is breakfast starts at 8am. I know this is common in Tbilisi, but a 730am start would make it easier for business travelers who need to get going at 8am or 830. At least have some basic items available at 730am.

Great location, spectacular views, good breakfast and lovely people

I booked it for my father, and he loved everything! The only issue is the location as it requires as there is a steep hill leading to/from the property if going downtown.

A beautiful old house finely refurbished with a lovely courtyard. No restaurant open except for breakfast. Staff more clued in than most - Georgian service culture hasn’t thrown off the dead hand of Soviet habits yet.
