I had a last minute check in because of multiple delays and cancellations at TO Pearson Intl, I arrived at the desk at 1 am with the shuttle that picked me up. Everything went smoothly. Thank you for the great service and a very comfortable bed to sleep in after being awake for 24 hours.

I had a great time and so did my dog :) it’s a very big hotel, easy to get lost but my dog and I enjoyed our stay! Staff are very friendly and helpful! Valet parking was super easy!
