During my stay at The Ultimo Sydney, I was pleasantly surprised by an upgrade to a spacious room. The hotel's attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction were evident. The room was stylishly furnished, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I had a delightful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Prime location. Several minutes walk away from Circular Quay. Near bridge street/circular quay light rail station.
My room was a city view room, on the 23rd floor. The living area was facing darling harbour and we also had a clear view of the Sydney bridge.
Staff were nice and friendly.
Very suitable for families with young children and when you stay for several days or more as there is open kitchen washing machine.

位置距離中央車站大約15分鐘, 附近有大型商場, 前枱職員服務亦滿意, 但設施陳舊, 大堂擠迫, 行李放滿枱上及梳化周圍, 房間小, 難以打開2個行李箱, 廁所亦沒有位置放用品及衣服, 隔音差, 每天8:00開始便有職員推鐵籠車放在走廊, 開始收拾房間, 聲量影響睡覺, 枱面, 杯, 水壼, 地毡亦佈滿麈埃及有異味, 房租貴, 完全不值得這個價錢。

酒店位置算是不錯，但略為殘舊
距離museum station 5-10分鐘路程
酒店外的巷子很骯髒，晚上有點雜
另外也要小心車輛進出
酒店前枱只有一人，經常要等候職員
每次遇到的就是他在打電話或是在接待其他客人
在房間打電話給前枱也要等他們回覆電話
建議酒店增加前枱服務人員
前枱服務員的態度尚算友善！
房間內設施較舊，但房間很寬敞，床很大
有洗衣機和乾衣機、冰箱、微波爐很不錯
廚房的廚具齊全只欠剪刀
房間內的飲料另外收費
