The best place to stay in Tokyo! So close to the metro stations, extremely clean and amazing staff who is always so helpful! We always stay at Nohga and hopefully will stay there again :) thank you!

New property (opened in March 2026). Good location and staffs are friendly. In-room laundry is the best.

Amazing room, good location. Air conditioner was a bit loud, but I mentioned it to them and they said they would have it looked at. Stayed at 5 hotels in Japan, this one had the biggest rooms and was great for a family. It was our last day in Japan and we actually all got to stay in one room vs two and we were comfortable.

Unfortunately staff doesn't speak English well

Location was great. Near lots of mom/pop restaurants, convenient stores, subway entrances. Quiet enough at night to sleep, walkable to things to do. Lobby was secured and safe. Need codes to use elevators and enter room, did not use key. Was way easier than expected once we remembered the code so nice touch there. The hotel was nice. Beds and pillows were comfortable, but not the best. Bathroom and bedroom was clean, spacious, and provided slippers, little kid slippers for my 6 year old (he loved it), robes, extras to use. Staff were polite and nice, friendly during check in. Cleaning staff did a great job. Provided extra towels, detergent for laundry. Highly recommend!!!

It was very good for three of us with two beds. Hosts were very helpful getting us Taxi’s and with directions to stores and restaurants.
